Nothing runs deeper than family, and the expectations they have for you. That's how Jeanne was raised her whole life in the White Scale Society...a group of masked magical thieves that made themselves infamous for stealing both wands and magical creations alike, and leaving nothing in their wake.[break][break] From an early age, Jeanne was taught the family trade, ran through magically trapped courses and wand work....her wand picked for her at age five. Her place in Beauxbatons Academy of Magic already set for her. When Jeanne failed at a task with her parents, they would use transfiguration to turn her into a cat and lock her in a room...night after night went by like this during the summer...however...her mother wasn't the best at the magic...and over time her mother caused cat like features to become permanently on Jeanne..her eyes more cat like, her ears and a tail as well.[break][break] The french government caught wind of this and her parents were arrested for being the thieves they were, as well as for what they did to Jeanne and her younger sibling. Jeanne was still very talented..as many of the skills her parents taught her helped in both school and work...her job started right after school, in the Auror Division of the Ministry of Magic...however 8 years of that kind of work made her want a change...after all she needed to be their for her younger sibling.[break][break] Instead police work with the ministry...Jeanne decided to go into the antique and trinket business...as well as gathering for others who needed to find something. She opened a shop called "The Magpie Nest" to offer her services and sell her goods. But...she does a bit a of a secret...
