- Iggy attended Hogwarts and belonged to Hufflepuff, although the Sorting Hat debated placing him in Slytherin.

- Despite being entirely new to all things magic, he adapted remarkably quickly and determinately sought not only to prove himself worthy, but also to excel beyond his more critical peers.

- With his energy focused primarily on his studies, he was distant and seen as unapproachable by many of his classmates. A meager few fellow students managed to befriend him, but those who earned his trust were surprised to discover that he was far from the intimidating and cold individual he seemed.

- He chose to train to become an Animagus early on merely with the intent of furthering his Transfiguration studies, but later found his animal shape came quite handy in Auror matters.Just try not to mistake him for a messenger owl.

- His decision to move to Brighton after achieving his status as an Auror wasn't without reason; he makes a point to visit his mother often, but seems unwilling to so much as mention his family life beyond what is necessary and doesn't seem keen on budging.

- As an adult, Iggy has only grown in ambition and takes his career as an Auror seriously. Traveling often and keeping hot on the trail of dark wizards and witches occupies much of his time, and it's often that he forgets to allow himself a moment to rest.

- He's incredibly protective of Muggles in particular and likely won't keep quiet if a prejudiced comment is made in his presence.

- Iggy suffers quite severely from haphephobia - a fear of physical contact. Although he has struggled with this fear since his teenage years, it varies widely depending on circumstances and is manageable at most times. His fear very seldom interferes with his work; it's prolonged or intimate physical contact in particular that triggers his phobia. Needless to say, it's something he continues to face day to day and hopes to further overcome with time.
