It's that special time where the art of deceit and sweets awaken. The decorations all fill up the common rooms and the great hall. Even Hogsmeade have thrown in specials for Halloween. For those who are in the spirit of Halloween, be sure to keep an eye and ear out for the news of an event the Headmaster has thrown together.

The Flamel Maze was inspired by the man himself, Nicolas Flamel. The French wizard who supposedly died... or has he? To honour the greatest alchemist of his time, Headmaster Lovegood constructed the Flamel Maze. Inside the maze is a mystery, for each path is different to one another. Reach the centre, avoid the dangerous obstacles that stand before you and the goal. The Maze stands gloriously upon the Quidditch pitch. For those who have ever given a glance to the maze will feel all hairs on your arm and the back of your neck stand.[break][break]
Headmaster Lovegood has made it a requirement that students who dare to go beyond their comfort zone and explore the deathly maze. He has also announced that those who have participated will earn points for their respective houses.

For students participating in the Flamel Maze, you must post below! You may have a max of two characters per member join the event![break][break]To determine the groups, it will be randomly generated by the staff and posted here no later than 08/10! From there, a staff member will post a thread with the members tagged. The window of posting will be 72 hours (if one member posts, you have a max of 72 hours, if you are unable to reply, you will be skipped; please send a message to staff if you are unable to post within those 72 hours).
