Victoria is a pureblood supremacist through and through. She is extremely proud of her pureblood heritage and is unafraid to hide it. At the same time, she possesses a strong amount of prejudice against muggle blood and expresses it occasionally, especially at school.

She is extremely spoilt, given that she was born with a silver spoon in her mouth, and is therefore very demanding and brutally honest since young. She is rather intelligent, and had she not displayed traits of a true Slytherin, there was no doubt she would have been in Ravenclaw instead. She carries herself with much confidence, though failures do get to her, she does not show it in public. Family and having allies around her is very important to Victoria.
