To whom the wind chose, The wind carries this letter. Hopefully it reaches a person and not an animal this time, or else I'll be in trouble once more. It's been raining for quite a long time, my hair has decided it was time to become curly at this moment. Even my familiar is upset about the rain. I almost missed your letter. My cat caught it, and thinking it was a poor little owl, I wrestled it from him. But lo and behold! It's like magical origami! I am very impressed and glad to have met your acquaintence. (It wasn't wet, but you know cats...)
Sorry to hear about your hair! I'm fortunate to take after my mother in that department, but it's a bother all the same. I do not like being wet, and when you have a lot of hair it is ten times less the fun!
The thunder I can handle, though. Mother says I am good at tuning it out. A little too good, maybe...Can you not do something to deafen the room? I've never tried but...Muggles are good at soundproofing. Making sure no sound gets in...or out...
Sorry I cannot be of much help! The closet isn't so bad.

Dear Belladonna Your cat sounds like a playful one. Luckily he didn't eat the note! That would have been horrible. Long hair is a pain, especially when you have so many layers. Absolute worse to brush sometimes! That sounds like a horror theme going on. A certain vacuum where nothing comes about, maybe I should look into that. Thank you for the suggestion! What do you think of the Welshan weather? I recently moved here from England, and I have to admit. Welshan weather is a bit more clear just a tad, it's no Scotland in comparison; but beautiful nonetheless. Sincerely,

He's a good cat. Though he's not the sort to actually eat what he kills. Usually he leaves them on my bed, sometimes on my pillow. I'm just glad it was only paper this time!
I don't mind the brushing so much. Me and my mother used to take turns doing each other's hair. It's very soothing and the only way I know how to connect with her. She likes taking me shopping, but I just wear whatever she picks out. I am not very..."fashion forward"? I do have an eye for coats, if that counts!
It's all very rainy to me. It is very...wet and dark here, I guess? It rains a lot in Berlin this time of year, so I'm used to that. But I really do not like getting caught up in it if I can help it! France is nicer, I think. Mother said she'd send me something when she visits.

Oh no, anything but that! Clowns are scary, you don't sound scary! But mimes are worse to me. Mother said I wouldn't stop crying when I saw my first one in France. He would not speak to me. He just made these...really strange mechanical noises? Like a tall silver robot! Clowns are a little better because they have big buttons on their shirts. I like that part at least...
France is great, but my parents are always hanging over me whenever we travel now. It is a... "real drag"? I'd rather go alone. 🤡
Mmm, I love plants and tending to them! I was told I had a green thumb! But I also love to paint and draw (as you can probably see, ha!), and I think animals are cute too. Like these cute little scorpion things with exploding bottoms. Everyone else thinks they're dreadfully ugly, but I look at them like pugs! I could draw something for you later, if you like.

Dear Belladonna Your drawings are definitely cute! I'd love to see more of them! If you could, do you mind on drawing a raven? Qilin loves drawings of ravens, they're the cutest to him! I've read fairy tales a lot when I was smaller, and I enjoyed them to say the least. Mother put me in a red cloak every time she could! Which is why I use Little Red. My favourite fairy tale is The Tale of the Bamboo Princess! Oh! If you were to travel anywhere in the world, where would it be? You should definitely give me top three places! Sincerely,

Aw, thank you! I would love to draw a portrait for Qilin! Cats, plants, and flowers are more my specialty, but I welcome the opportunity to shake things up a bit. I'll hop to it after this letter!
I can't remember if I read them much as a child, but I've started reading some again. I like how dark and silly some of them are. Like the one about the little boy who would not stop sucking his thumbs. So they got cut off! Mother hates those. She says that stuff isn't appropriate for anyone, especially not kids. But yes, I know the Bamboo one! Mother found my old book and sent it to me. Ye Xian is one of my favorites!
Mm, traveling is hard...But I would have to say France, Japan, and Iceland. France, for the sights and shopping trips. Japan, because it's been years and it's technically part of my heritage. And Iceland, for the Northen Lights! I hear it's very beautiful there. You can watch the Lights from these...see through igloos? I feel it would greatly inspire me.

Dear Belladonna You can take all the time you need with drawing! I'll send Qilin along if you need a model. I love reading Ye Xian, honestly, I think it's better than the European Cinderella -- but that's just me of course! I'm so glad there's someone else who reads other stories that are not based in Europe. Have you read The Ballad of Mulan? It's a bit sad. Igloos? That sounds so much fun! Maybe I should go there too. Since that is one down, I have two left. I guess I would love to go to Germany, I heard the Black Forest is one of the greatest places to go to unwind from mediocre life. Another would probably be somewhere in the Mediterranean, I'm not too picky really; I just love the Med Sea, since it's really peaceful. I have to get to classes in just a bit. I was going to "wing it," as they say (is that a pun?), but a live model is always preferrable to still pictures! My drawings and paintings come more to life when I can get close and personal with my subjects.
I like both, for different reasons. It's fun to see how different countries and cultures depict these themes. Like werewolves, vampires, and stuff. But yes, I've read that one as well. I like...sad things. They're often more realistic.
You'll love the Black Forest. Last time we went, I bought a little cuckoo clock. Well. I made father buy me one. Apparently they're pretty expensive? But really cute! I think I'd like to settle down in that area, someday.
