+ when she was much younger, kuro never knew her father. as an illegitimate child, she spent her life neglected by the rest of her family on her mother's side. due to such negligence, she became isolated from the rest of the family. the only person she could ever rely on was her mother.

+ when she was five years old, kuro met a man who claimed to be her father. she despised the man who came to her home. not too long after her sixth birthday, her mother gave birth to chiharu.

+ at seven years, kuro received a letter about her acceptance into mahoutokoro. it was not until she was eleven was she able to go to the school. given mahoutokoro was only a day school, every time kuro went home she felt happy.

+ excelling in all subjects and finding a fancy for duelling, kuro's robe turned gold. it was not until she was sixteen did she meet her "father" once more. the man went by the name of emmerson crouch, and she was the daughter he hoped to have ever since he was young. given the chance to change her surname from kobayashi to crouch, she refused. she told the man that if he so loved her mother than she would reconsider. however, that was not the case. kuro rejected her father.

+ when her little sister, chiharu was admitted to the school, kuro would always watch her back. even working as a professional auror for the ministry of magic in japan and as a foreign correspondent in england.

+ it was not until yukiko became ill, that kuro left the ministry of magic. she took care of her ill mother and became a business woman in the field of management. it was not until her father came once more. it was then yukiko and emmerson agreed for both kuro and chiharu to leave japan and live with the crouch family. the two sisters protested, but to no avail did their protest reach their ears.

+ emmerson then casted oblivate on yukiko, resulting in yukiko and the rest of the kobayashi family to forget the existence of kuro and chiharu. because of this, both kuro and chiharu despise emmerson.

+ it was when kuro was about twenty-four years old did she meet her half-siblings. while she held no grudges against them, she found them interesting and kept them close. (she grew quite fond of them, though she would never admit that)

+ around this time, she worked at the hog's head. chiharu on the other hand worked for the ministry of magic in england as an auror. while the eldest siblings of the crouch family kept to themselves (due to the rest of the crouch family finding them quite disgusting for being alive). at this time, kuro was given the key to the hog's head due to the previous owners finding the place losing interest in the public.

+ while living peacefully by herself, it was not until she was twenty-six did she hear the news of her beloved sister passing. the ministry was the first to knock on her door, handing her a piece of paper with chicharu's last testament. 'what a foolish child'.

+ not too long afterwards emmerson crouch disappeared, labelled as deceased by everyone in the magical world.

+ when hearing that her half-siblings were admitted into hogwarts, kuro kept herself busy. sometimes she would go to the three broomstick pub and inn to chat with her friendly rival.
